In this case, Platt-KODAMA tickets will be invalid and no refund will be made.
*Only Tokyo and Shinagawa stations allow boarding and getting off at either station (only manned ticket gates are available).
●After completing your reservation, changes to other trains or car types are not possible.If you wish to make any changes, please make a new reservation and cancel any unneeded reservations. (Cancellation fees will apply depending on the date of the cancellation.)
However, you can change your seat on the same boarding date, on the same train, and within the same car type.
●If you miss the reserved Kodama train, it will be considered a "cancellation for your own reasons" and no refund will be made.However, if the JR line (excluding buses) to the Kodama train departure station is delayed and you are unable to board the designated Kodama, please promptly bring your JR delay certificate and ask the Tokaido/Sanyo Shinkansen station staff. (Please do not cancel your reservation from Account Page.)
●Fares for conventional lines are not included.Platt-KODAMA is valid only for reserved Shinkansen section. If you take a conventional train to the Shinkansen boarding station or from the station where you get off the Shinkansen, as shown below, you will need to pay the fare for conventional lines separately.
(e.g., Osaka Station – Shin-Osaka Station, Tokyo Station – Shinjuku Station, etc.)
*About Electronic Tickets・The electronic ticket uses a 2D barcode, so please bring a smartphone or tablet with internet access. Feature phones cannot be used.・When using the services, you must select your electronic ticket and scan the 2D barcode installed at participating stores or facilities.
・No refunds will be issued if you are unable to use the electronic ticket due to device malfunction, battery drain, or loss of your mobile device.
・Data communication fees incurred during use will be borne by the customer.
・Please note that unable to accept by presenting the reservation screen and email, or a printed matter or screenshot of them. (You cannot use the service without showing your electronic ticket.)
・Business hours, holidays, and available facilities (eligible products) may change without notice due to circumstances.
・Valid for 8 days from the day of boarding (until the same day of the following week).・No refunds will be issued for unused or unredeemed tickets.
・Each paying passenger may use either a [1 drink e-voucher] or a [Local Select Coupon] once.
