    ●This plan includes one-way reserved seat ticket (Ordinary Car) for "Kodama" Shinkansen and 1 drink e-voucher (electronic ticket).
    *1 drink e-voucher is valid for 8 days from the day of boarding (until the same day of the following week). *Paid passengers only.

    *Kodama is a type of Shinkansen, which stops at every station.

    ●You can purchase tickets from 10:00 a.m. one month before the boarding date (same day of the previous month)!
    There is a limit to the number of seats available (the number of seats may vary depending on the boarding date and train). Therefore, seats may already be full by the time you apply.

    ●After selecting your desired train, if you are logged in, you can specify your desired seat from a seat map. (Available hours: 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.)
    *If you make a reservation during the late night hours (11:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.), seat selection using a seat map is not available. If you wish to change your seat after completing your reservation, reselect your seat during the daytime hours.

    ●The 1 drink e-voucher is valid for 8 days from the day of boarding (until the same day of the following week).
    Redeemable at JR TOKAI TOURS-designated station Kiosks(*1) at Tokaido Shinkansen stations (between Tokyo and Shin-Osaka) for one eligible drink (excludes in-train sales and some stores). Please redeem during business hours of each store.(*2) Redeemable stores are with the sticker.
    (*1)JR CENTRAL RETAILING PLUS stores (example stores: Kiosk, GRAND KIOSK, DELiCA STATiON, etc.)
    (*2)Business hours vary depending on the store. Also, depending on the departure and arrival times of your designated Kodama train, the store may not be open. If you use an early morning train, please redeem your voucher after the train arrives, or if you use a late night train, please redeem your voucher during the opening hours of each store before the train departs.

    ●The 1 drink e-voucher is an electronic ticket that uses QR authentication, so you will need a smartphone or tablet with an Internet connection.
    Feature phones (also known as flip phones) cannot be used.

    ●When using the 1 drink e-voucher, you must select an electronic ticket and scan the 2D barcode located at the facility you are using. Please select the electronic ticket using one of the following methods.
    Method 1: Tap the URL of ticket selection screen in one of the following emails sent by JR Tokai Tours. (No need to enter a membership ID and password.)
    1) Confirmation email sent when your reservation is complete.
    2) Ticket information email sent the day before the boarding date. It will be sent only if the reservation is completed by 2:59 p.m. on the day before the boarding date.

    Method 2: Log in to your Account Page and tap the "View e-Tickets" button. (A membership ID and password are required to log in.)

    ・Please be sure to have your ticket screen ready when you redeem your ticket. (Please refrain from operating your login in front of the store's cash register). If you do not present your ticket screen at the time of redemption, you will not be able to use the e-voucher.
    ・Select the ticket you wish to use and scan the 2D barcode located at the facility you are using, and follow with the staff instructions.
    ・If the person who made the reservation and the representative during the trip are different, the person who made the reservation (the contract holder) should display the 1 drink e-voucher selection screen and share the URL with the representative during the trip. The same procedure should be followed when sharing with the traveling companion.
    ・Please note that unable to accept by presenting the reservation screen and email, or a printed matter or screenshot of them.

    However, if the JR line (excluding buses) to the Kodama train departure station is delayed and you are unable to board the designated Kodama, please promptly bring your JR delay certificate and ask the Tokaido/Sanyo Shinkansen station staff. (Please do not cancel your reservation from Account Page.)
